BREAKFAST YOGHURT WITH APPLE & CINNAMON
Ingredients
- Natural yoghurt (allowance)
- 1 medium Pink Lady apple (allowance)
- Cinnamon
Method
In a small bowl, chop the apple and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Cook in the microwave for 30 seconds to steam. Remove from the microwave, add yoghurt and stir.
This recipe is made for those who don’t like the taste of natural yoghurt!
